Return Policy and Handling Fees
If you exercise your right of withdrawal or refuse an order, the following terms and conditions will apply to cover the logistics costs incurred:
1. Original Shipping Costs
Please note that, if you return your order, the amount paid for the initial shipment will not be refunded and will be deducted from the refund total.
2. Organized Collection Service
If the collection of the returned goods (or the refused order) is arranged directly by us through our partner couriers, a handling fee will be applied, which will be deducted from the final refund amount according to the following rates:
* Domestic Shipping (Italy): €20 surcharge
* International Shipping (Abroad): €35 surcharge
Practical example: If you return an order from Italy, the final refund will be equal to the value of the products purchased, minus the cost of the outbound shipping and the €20 collection service fee.
3. Refund Policy
The refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the goods at our warehouses and verifying their integrity. The amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase, net of the aforementioned fees.
