It has anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties. It is suggested especially in the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis, osteoarthritis and muscle pain and thus used to promote osteoarticular well-being.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p>The anti-inflammatory action of boswellia appears to be exerted by the boswellic acid contained in the resin extracted from the same plant. Some scientific studies suggest that all these benefits can be traced from the production of leukotrienes through inhibition of the enzyme 5-lipoxygenase, which creates a specific anti-inflammatory action. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p>The essential oil extracted from boswellia has demonstrated antifungal properties; finally, it is believed that boswellia may be a valuable aid in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis due to its anti-inflammatory properties. There are about a thousand publications on PubMed, and one of them is the one you can find at this link: <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/32680575\/\">https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/32680575\/<\/a> where it is shown that in about 4 weeks excellent joint benefits can be obtained. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p>In India, boswellia is used in the treatment of ringworm and for respiratory problems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p>In China boswellia is used for headaches, alleviating cramping problems, muscle stiffness, irritable bowel syndrome, and ear infections. So as always, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p>There are no reports of interaction of boswellia with drugs and medicines, however if you are
