Oxidation reactions can produce free radicals that are responsible for the initiation of a chain reaction that damages the cells. Antioxidants prevent the oxidation, and therefore also prevent the free radicals. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant, (which is soluble in fats ) stops the production of free radicals that are formed when fats undergo some metabolic transformations. Finally, numerous scientific studies show that Zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div
